About Breathing Space
Alison Burton is a 300 hour Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher and UK Mindfulness Network-listed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor. She completed Mindfulness teacher training with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, gaining an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
Alison believes that it anyone can start living life based on enhanced self-awareness and teachings are focused on helping clients to better connect with themselves and their worlds.
