mindfulness in the local community.

About Breathing Space
Breathing Space is run by Alison Burton, a 300 hour Pranashama Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher and UK Mindfulness Network listed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor.
Alison has completed the gold standard in Mindfulness teacher training through Bangor University's Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice and has additionally been awarded an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches. She is Mental Health First Aid trained and currently undertaking an additional 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. She believes that it is never too late to start living life with enhanced self-awareness and a dedication to being present in the moment. These views inform and guide teachings, which are focused on helping clients to better connect with themselves and with their worlds.
