These classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All classes at Breathing Space attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Customise a mini-retreat for a small group (4-6 people) onSaturdays or Sundays. Explore movement and mindfulness practices in a peaceful location to restore wellbeing when you feel depleted.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - 8 week course
Focus on the present moment. This class can improve many aspects of your life including reduction of stress and self-esteem. Those who have developed a mindfulness practice describe feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an improved ability to live in the present moment.
*Please note that there is a simple online application process.
*In order to benefit fully, a home practice commitment of around 45-60 minutes per day is required.
*This course also includes a day of mindfulness practice, usually on a Sunday between week 6 and 7.
