My Rebalance retreats are half and full-day events hosted in the Breathing Space studio, my garden and home in Ramsey, Isle of Man. They are designed to allow you to strengthen your mental health by enabling you to regain perspective. Stress and burnout pose significant threats to our wellbeing if left unaddressed as life becomes more pressured or overwhelming.
If you think you would benefit from a brief pause from your busy life to help safeguard your health, as a taster for one of my courses or to reignite a lapsed mindfulness practice, I'll guide you through a variety of exercises to allow you to reconnect with yourself in my peaceful setting.
My half-day retreats (£80) are suitable for all, whilst full-day events can be arranged on request for those who have more prior mindfulness experience. Why not bring friends or family and enjoy a change of scene together?*

My Go deeper retreats will take place in the British Isles and further afield and range from weekend events to full weeks abroad. Engaging in committed practice in a supportive setting allows you to go deeper, extending your self-awareness. Have fun exploring yoga and mindfulness practices and choosing from a variety of activities in a beautiful natural location. These breaks could seriously improve your wellbeing and help you make long-term adjustments to your life.
